TERMS AND CONDITIONS AT THE TIME OF REGISTRATION IN PORTAL

  1. The Vendor must ensure that all details provided in the registration form are accurate and up-to-date.
  2. The Vendor shall upload scanned copies of all mandatory documents as required by the E-Tendering Portal.
  3. The Vendor shall pay a registration or processing fee of INR 27,000 via the online payment gateway of our collection partner company, Saniiro Technologies Private Limited.
  4. The Vendor acknowledges that approval of registration does not guarantee the award of any tenders.
  5. The Vendor shall comply with all technical requirements, including compatibility with the e-tendering system.
  6. The Vendor shall not engage in fraudulent activities or misrepresentation during the registration process.
  7. The Authority reserves the right to suspend or terminate registration in case of non-compliance with the terms.
  8. The Vendor shall update any changes in contact details, legal status, or key personnel within the stipulated timeframe.
  9. The Vendor agrees to adhere to the terms of service, privacy policy, and security guidelines of the portal.
  10. The Vendor shall indemnify and hold the Authority harmless from any liabilities arising due to non-compliance with these terms.
  11. The Vendor shall promptly notify the Authority of any changes to its business structure, legal status, or authorized representatives.
  12. The Vendor shall not sub-license, transfer, or share its login credentials with unauthorized persons.
  13. The Authority reserves the right to modify, update, or amend the terms of registration as necessary and will notify the Company of such changes.
