Vendor Registration

  1. REGISTRATION

    1. The Vendor shall submit all necessary documents, including but not limited to:

      For Company Registration:

      - Proprietorship: GST certificate, PAN card.
      - Partnership Firm: Partnership deed, PAN card.
      - Private Limited / LLP: Certificate of Incorporation, Memorandum & Articles of Association (MOA & AOA), LLP Agreement.

      For NGO Registration:

      - NGO Registration Certificate: Proof of registration (under the Indian Trusts Act, Societies Registration Act, or Section 8 of the Companies Act, 2013).
      - PAN Card of the NGO.
      - GST Registration: If applicable.
      - Bank Details: Canceled cheque with the NGO’s name printed, Bank account statement.

    2. The Authority reserves the right to approve or reject the registration based on compliance with eligibility criteria.

    3. There may be additional documents required during online registration, but all required documents must be valid and registered under the Company/NGO, as certain documents are needed for tender participation.

  2. TERMS OF USE

    - The Vendor shall maintain the confidentiality of login credentials and ensure that only authorized personnel access the portal.
    - The Vendor shall not misuse, tamper with, or attempt unauthorized access to the portal.
    - The Authority shall have the right to suspend or terminate the Vendor registration in case of any breach of terms.

  3. OBLIGATIONS OF THE Vendor

    - The Vendor agrees to abide by all applicable laws and regulations while participating in e-tendering.
    - The Vendor shall submit bids in accordance with the rules specified in the tender documents.
    - The Vendor shall be responsible for the accuracy and authenticity of all submitted documents.

  4. OBLIGATIONS OF THE AUTHORITY

    - The Authority shall provide a secure and functional e-tendering platform.
    - The Authority shall notify the Vendor of relevant tender opportunities and deadlines.
    - The Authority shall maintain confidentiality regarding the Vendor information, except as required by law.

  5. TERMINATION

    - Either Party may terminate this Agreement by providing ___ days' written notice to the other Party.
    - The Authority reserves the right to revoke registration in case of fraud, misrepresentation, or violation of tendering rules.

  6. GOVERNING LAW & DISPUTE RESOLUTION

    - This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of New Delhi, India.
    - Any disputes arising under this Agreement shall be resolved through arbitration in New Delhi, in accordance with the rules of Arbitration Authority.

  7. MISCELLANEOUS

    - This Agreement constitutes the entire understanding between the Authority and Company/NGO.
    - Any modifications to this Agreement shall be made in writing and signed by both parties.
    - If any provision of this Agreement is found to be invalid, the remaining provisions shall remain in effect.
