Process of Registration of a Company/NGO on MOEFCCPC (INDIA) E-Tender Portal

Step 1:- Visit the E-Tender Portal https://mefccpcetender.org.

- Go to the official E-Tender portal and click on the "New Registration" or "Sign Up" button.

Step 2:- Enter Basic Company/NGO Details

- Company/NGO Name
- Type of Business (Proprietorship, Partnership, Pvt. Ltd., Public Ltd., etc.)
- Industry Category
- Company Registration Number (CIN, Udyam, GST, etc.)
- PAN Card
- Date of Incorporation

Step 3:- Provide Contact Details

- Official Email ID
- Registered Mobile Number
- Address (Head Office & Branches)
- Authorized Person’s Name & Designation

Step 4:- Upload Required Documents

- Company Registration Certificate
- GST Registration Certificate
- PAN Card
- Digital Signature Certificate (DSC) (if required)
- MSME/NSIC Certificate (if applicable)
- Experience Certificates or Work Orders (if applicable)

Step 5:- Create Login Credentials

- Choose a Username
- Set a Password
- Provide a security question & answer

Step 6:- Verification & Submission

- Verify the email & mobile number (OTP verification)
- Review & submit the application
- Wait for approval from the portal administrator

Step 7: Login & Profile Completion

- After approval, log in with your credentials
- Complete company profile & add team members (if required)
- Subscribe to tender categories as per your business
