Our portal supports the registration of various company types, including Sole Proprietorship, Partnership, Private Limited Company (Pvt Ltd), Limited Liability Partnership (LLP), Society/Trust/MSME and more.

3. How long does the registration process take?
The registration timeline varies depending on the company and NGO type and document verification process. Generally, it takes 30 to 45 business days.
4. What are the eligibility criteria for company/NGO registration?
Eligibility depends on the business type. Typically, you must be of legal age, have valid identification, and meet the regulatory requirements for the chosen company/NGO structure.

5. What documents are required for company/NGO registration?
Commonly required documents include:
• Director/Owner’s ID proof (Aadhar, Passport, PAN, etc.)
• Address proof of business/NGO premises
• PAN card of Company/NGO

Yes, a registered office address is required. This should be a physical location where official communications can be sent.
7. What are the fees for company registration?
The one-time fee of INR 27,000 via online payment gateway of our collection partner company Saniiro Technologies Private Limited is applicable at the time of registration on the portal and is non-refundable.

8. Can I get a refund if I cancel my registration process?
The one-time registration fee of INR 27,000 is applicable at the time of registration on the portal and is non-refundable. There is no refund policy once the payment has been made. Applicants are advised to review all terms and conditions before proceeding with the payment, as no requests for refunds or cancellations will be entertained under any circumstances.
9. What happens after my company is registered?
Once your company is registered and the verification process is complete, you can access your dashboard. From there, you can participate in E-tenders and other necessary operations. You will also be able to start bidding legally through your dashboard.

10. Do I need to file annual returns after registration?
Yes, all registered companies must file annual returns and comply with tax and regulatory requirements at the time of participation of Tender.

11. Can I change my company details after registration?
No, details such as company name, address, or directors cannot be updated post-registration.
